Assembly Flow
1. The small size pins in strip are conveyed with reel and tape feeding method in constant frequency to the assembly flow
2. Plastic housing conveyed to the assembly flow through a custom vibratory bowl feeder with good selection and orientation function
3. With a special cam mechanism, clamping, cutting, pressing and inserting process will be performed with high accurate alignment and quick operation
4. Conductivity testing and CCD visual inspection system will perform sorting mechanism to pick up accepts from rejects automatic
5. The final acceptable product will unloaded through a special unloading device
Functional Features
1. All of automatic assembly motions in entire machine are designed with continuous interlock function, the machine will alert & shutdown in an automatic way if
any abnormal occurred;
